Handwriting Scale & Layout Guidance
All handwriting is proportionally resized to fit the 5 × 7 format with intentional centering and margins.
For the most balanced and visually pleasing result, approximately 4 words per line tends to look best at this size.
Up to 6 words per line can be accommodated, though the lettering will appear slightly smaller to ensure everything fits comfortably within the 5 × 7 (either portrait or landscape, depending on what suits your piece best).
Longer quotes or wider samples will naturally be scaled down to maintain readability and overall balance. For larger, more prominent lettering, shorter phrases or multi-line layouts are recommended.
Turnaround Time
Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date your handwriting image is received. Production does not begin until your image has been submitted.
If handwriting is not received within 2 weeks of purchase, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
International Shipping Notice (U.S. Orders)
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to recent trade regulations, orders shipped to the United States may incur an approximate 10% import tariff in addition to any applicable duties or taxes.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient before the package can be delivered.
