Ultrasound Image Guidelines

For the most detailed embroidery, I recommend using your 20-week anatomy scan. Earlier ultrasounds (13 weeks or less) can absolutely be embroidered, but because there is less visible detail, the finished piece will naturally have a simpler appearance.

Clear, high-contrast images with a well-defined profile or focal point tend to produce the best results.

Each ultrasound is thoughtfully simplified and redrawn by hand to create an embroidery that captures the essence of your baby's first photo while remaining true to the original image. The design will be scaled and positioned to best suit the 5 × 7 format.

Optional Design Mock-Up (+$15)

If you'd like to preview your embroidery before stitching begins, you can add a digital mock-up to your order for $15. This includes up to two rounds of revisions before production.

Turnaround Time

Please allow 10-12 weeks from the date your ultrasound image is received. Production does not begin until your image has been submitted.

If your ultrasound image is not received within 2 weeks of purchase, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
