Ultrasound Image Scale & Layout Guidance
Each ultrasound image is carefully simplified and proportionally resized to fit the 5 × 7 format, with intentional centering and margins.
The goal is to preserve the most meaningful details while translating the image into a clean, stitchable design that holds its shape over time.
Around 20-week ultrasounds typically show the most defined features and tend to translate most clearly into embroidery. That said, images from any stage can be used, each capturing a different moment in your baby’s story.
Images with clear contrast and a defined focal point (such as the head or profile) tend to translate most beautifully into embroidery.
Wider or more complex ultrasound images may be scaled slightly smaller to maintain clarity and overall balance within the 5 × 7 format (either portrait or landscape, depending on what suits your piece best).
Turnaround Time
Please allow approximately 8–10 weeks from the date your ultrasound image is received. Production does not begin until your image has been submitted.
If your image is not received within 2 weeks of purchase, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

If you want, I can go one level sharper and bold only conversion-critical lines (to reduce visual clutter even more).
